Vintage Ludwig Pioneer Snare Drum In Sky Blue Pearl 5.5" x 14"
Serial 241073 dates this approximately to 1965
All original including the heads and wires. Structurally sound and in complete working order. Badge and grommet are firmly in place.
The wrap is holding nicely at the seam and is free of any splits & cracks. Finish shows fading around the drum with some surface scratches and scuffs.
Original nickel hardware works well. Nickel over brass bottom rim and nickel over steel batter. Finish shows some standard scratches and scuffs. The P-83 works well and stays engaged while playing. Some finish loss present on the strainer and tension rods. White felt muffler is in good working order.
Bearing edges are clean & original. Complete and ready to go.
