Vintage Ludwig WFL New Yorker Outfit In Aqua Sparkle

The toms are 1959 transitional badge drums and the bass is a WFL. All three shells feature mahogany interiors with maple reinforcement rings. Bearing edges are clean and original.
Original wrap is in good condition. Finish on the toms is very clean, vibrant, free of splits, and holding well at the seams. The bass drum finish shows some dark spots and standard signs of aging. There is some crazing or surface micro splits around the wrap on the kick, these are very minor cosmetic, as the wrap is holding well at the seams and not in danger of moving or flaking.
Nickel hardware is in all in good working condition. The hoops on the floor tom are nickel over brass along with the batter hoop on the 13" tom. Nickel finish on the lugs shows some pitting and scratches.
Original nickel WFL bass drum T-rods and claws show finish loss along with some pitting and scratches. Tension rods on the toms are aftermarket and chrome. Ludwig floor tom legs and clamp on tom mount are also chrome.
Bass drum hoops are original and have been repainted. They do not have original inlay but are fitted with 3M sparkle tape.
13" Tom has a ludwig classic mount installed at one point. The small holes were filled beautifully with matching wrap and shell.
All of the drum take modern heads nicely and tension evenly.
Kit is complete and ready to go!
